One manager became angry on this morning meeting, because there're some serious bugs still existing before launching. This manager is in charge of business, whose money is used on this project. Since it's he who applies funding for the product, he's looking forward a satisfying result to report to his superiors. As a result of his anger, all relevant members including employer and intern, got together to discuss the sutuation our team is confronting.
Mark listed all the issues on the screen that we can see them, and resolved them one by one, some was about FE, some about BE, and some about QA. He didn't critisize anyone, just sat there as usual, describing the situation, asking for the ways to fix existing bugs and prolbems. Through his words, maybe he seemed a little anxious but didn't express on the face.
I was impressed by his three points:
1. Everybody should be proactive in foreign company rather than waiting for his or her assignment. We should take care for our relevant issues all by myself not just sitting there watching and waiting.
2. "差不多" is not propriate and not enough. It's necessary to go to detail and find out resolving method.
3. Over communication is much better than less or no communication.
There are many many things I should learn and so does our team.
