Our manager is taking vocation these days. I don't know why but I do feel kind of empty during his departure. A team without a manager? Will all the team member work together self-consciously? I can't imagin and can't accept to some extend. Our team is responsible for several projects and he is the vital profile that coordinates and promotes all projects, although he doesn't go to details. But it's summer now and very common for employees to have a rest according to American's custom. So, I have no choice but to adapt to this. 

Luckily, he will come back tommorrow.
